My recent stay had its ups and downs. While the views from the hotel were breathtaking and the service was exceptional, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed mould in the shower area and had to clean the bathtub myself. The staff was friendly and quick to respond, but some housekeeping inconsistencies impacted my overall experience.

I had a lovely experience at Pullman Miri, especially thanks to the attentive staff and the beautiful sea view from my room. My stay was marred a bit by the slow check-in and check-out process, but overall, I enjoyed my time and appreciated the room upgrade.
